รายละเอียดงาน

• To Coordinate with factory in oversea related to sales order and delivery status To manage order entry in contact with business managers and distributors/customers
• To Reception , acquisition , loading into the system , follow up , confirmation of orders To guarantee that all activities necessary for units from production to invoicing and collection are performed timely and in compliance with company policy and procedures, Raise and actively cooperate for solution of issues impacting customer satisfaction and/or company target achievement. This will involve close contact with other departments such as Trade Finance, Logistics and Administration;
• To Check of product availability with evaluation of lead time identifying the requirements of logistics and shipping To estimate short term sales and reporting on invoicing progress;
• To Monitor of order status from its reception up to invoicing to the customer To ensure maximum monthly sales recognition
• To check on financial coverage and monitoring of the payments To control proper documentation a per Dealer for shipments
• To answer to questions from General Manager / various dpt. on orders portfolio and invoices To ensure proper allocations for the orders submitted by dealers
• To manage of all import-related documents that are needed before/together with/after the issuing of the invoice To coordinate special requirements for tenders
• To Contacts with external suppliers
• Check of consistency of orders/invoices monthly data with the target given by market/product
 คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration International trading and/or Logistics ; credit and shipping documentation, shipping methods, Incoterms, import/export rules
• 3-4 years of working experience as sales coordinator or sales support.
• Service minded and English Communication ability in speaking and writing
• Detail-oriented with high documentation and Excel spreadsheet
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office skills
• Dynamic, energetic and self-motivated professional
• Service minded with pleasant personality
• Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure with positive attitude
• Able to work with international organization
• AS400 and/or SAP
