• Draft, review and comment on commercial agreements and legal document for company business.
• Handling corporate legal works such as company registration, foreign business license application and other license/permit applications.
• Provide legal advice on legal matters such as Labour law, Corporate Law and others related to the company’s business.
• Research and monitor on laws and regulations newly announced or will be announced in Thailand which are relevant to the business of the company. • Other duties as assigned.

• Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23-35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Laws
• At least 1 year of experience in Corporate law practice • Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
• High responsibilities to the company and clients
• Ability to work as a team
