- Comprehensive Financial Modelling - developing analysis criteria and models to drive decisions
- Financial Business Partner - work with key stakeholders to understand their operational structure and how to optimize and provide financial insight
- Variance Analysis - provide analysis between current plans, forecasts and actuals to develop sound financial advice for key stakeholders that can be implemented operationally
- Management Reporting - enhance management reporting framework to provide better understanding on reported actuals
- Functional Development - grow our current FP&A and other finance processes to move towards enterprise level financial processes and common understanding

- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 2~5 years in Corporate Finance / operational FP&A at either a high-growth tech startup, Big 4 accounting firms or a large, well-established manufacturing / product company
- Phenomenal excel and powerpoint skills and possess the gift of presenting data in a simple yet comprehensive manner
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Systems - working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems - Netsuite, SAP, Hyperion, Oracle
